Macy O Bio:

Macy O is a Shropshire-based singer-songwriter and performer blending soulful pop, R&B and soul influences into high-energy, emotionally charged live sets that connect with audiences of all ages. Writing music since 2020, she likes to remain very flexible. In 2022, her hit song ‘I’m Your High’, was released and has now accumulated 50,000 streams. In this same year, she started gigging and since has performed at various venues across the UK including the cavern club, the 02 as well as at many festivals and on BBC introducing stages. In 2023, when Macy O released her debut album ‘journeys’ , the leading single ‘love rampage’ managed to win her song of the year at Song academy’s young songwriter competition. This is one the many awards she has won, having received other awards for ‘best album’ , ‘best female performer’ and ‘rising star award’ from various regional awarding bodies. Macy O is a high energy performer, performing many genres including pop, classical, Motown, dance and ballads. Doing this, she has been able to support many household names in these last couple of years including Bastille, James Arthur, Scouting for Girls, Jason Allen and Blue. At the same time, she also released an EP called RÉPERTOIRE, featuring her biggest track yet ‘My desire’ which peaked at number 4 in the UK dance charts. Macy O is a firecracker on stage and her constantly evolving song-writing makes her one to watch in the industry.
